Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Items on sale or clearance
• Gift cards

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
